Conscious Breathing has played a part in shamanic rituals and ancient ceremonies since the beginning of time. Today, breathworkers all over the world are using the power of breathwork to awaken to their own divinity.

The Science of Breathwork

Breathwork enables you to take better care of yourself by releasing old beliefs and behaviors that are stuck in your body and no longer serve you.

When we saturate our bodies with oxygen, it clears traumatic emotions from our sympathetic nervous system and reduces physical stress stored in our deep tissue.

By doing these breathing techniques, you will remove carbon dioxide from the body and bringing a higher pH temporarily—alkalinity. 

If we lower the carbon dioxide in the body, we can hold our breath longer. It's all about the technique. The energy in your brain is disconnected from the activity of the neocortex, and it will move to the limbic system and the brain stem while doing this specific breathwork.

The limbic network of the brain, which is made up of the amygdala, hippocampus, & hypothalamus, is where we store emotion and memory. 

After just 7 minutes of breathwork, we begin to slow our brain waves down and generate theta brain waves, which activate deeper parts of the subconscious mind to move closer to the conscious experience. You are tapping into your limbic brain, which will allow you to release stored up emotions from your past. This allows you to free yourself and create space for a new you.

Since childhood, Irina made it her mission to help people feel noticed and valued. To understand what it is people felt or needed, from a very young age she turned to her “gut feeling” or intuition for guidance. Fast forward to today and you will see how her love for growth has inspired her to spend years studying the human mind, awareness and the power of breath.  This journey for personal growth led her to discovering the power of breath work. After devoting her time to learning more about this magical tool, she soon fell in love and made it part of her daily practice. Today, Irina practices breathwork every day and devotes her time leading people in groups and one on one journeys through breathwork with Anton Wisbiski. Irina believes that all humans have a few simple emotional needs, and that is to feel loved, valued  and noticed. Using breathwork as a tool, Irina has made it her mission to create a safe space for people to go on a journey guided by their own breath and find the answers within themselves while feeling loved and noticed.

Anton Wisbiski

Since a very young age, Anton Wisbiski has been a seeker of truth. At just 16 years old, he had undergone his own personal transformation journey. After struggling with anxiety and depression for the majority of his life he tried everything, from the traditional route of pharmaceutical drugs to talk therapy, but nothing seems to help as much as breathwork. For the first time in his life he finally felt relief from his mental health issues after just one breathwork journey. With this discovery, he began researching everything about breathwork and started practicing daily and experimenting with different breathing techniques. This lead him to doing breathwork every single day and in turn, teaching his techniques to those closest to him.After amazing responses from the people he would show these breathing exercises to Anton and Irina started getting invited to different peoples homes and events.

Today, Anton and his girlfriend Irina are taking everything they have learned to people by facilitating breathwork and meditations for groups and individuals. Anton’s biggest passion is helping people find happiness by going within. Spending countless hours and years being mentored by some of the best teachers in the spiritual/personal development space, Anton is on a mission to make this world a better place, one breath at a time.
